Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice. Attract Essentials is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our catalog or online. All orders are subject to acceptance by Attract Essentials.
Note: During the time of the global pandemic and in the immediate aftermath, there may be unexpected delays in fulfilling your order(s) due to supply line issues and/or transportation delays. Please contact me, Sherrin, through our customer support line at Sherrin@AttractEssentials.com with your questions regarding any delays beyond the standard 2-4 weeks from the time of your order. We will do our best to explain any delays and expedite your products to your door.
Payment Methods
For your convenience Attract Essentials offers several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not offer “net” billing through our website. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please contact us immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline (24 hours from time of order), we’ll simply process your request as a return.
Backorders
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order. All oversized item charges apply.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may cause a delay in shipping and/or additional, non-published fees. Sale Items
Sale items have limited quantities and sizes and may be subject to availability.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for shipments to the states of Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin and where as required by your state.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. Gift Certificates are not redeemable, are non-refundable and cannot be used in combination with other offers. Further terms and restrictions will be noted in the agreement to review before purchase and will be printed on the certificate.
International Orders
Attract Essentials currently ships anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and the US Virgin Islands. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply outside of the Continental US. Web prices are in US currency. Sadly we can’t yet accommodate international orders, but we are a growing company and look forward to soon being able to share our way of making and doing things around the world.
Your Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 week after receipt of payment and are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost may be applied, so please indicate this method with us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to enter your tracking number online: UPS Tracking. We are always exploring the best value, most modern and most secure methods for delivering your Attract Essentials products to you.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policies & Instructions
All products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price for 30 days minus a 25% restocking fee. If item is broken, or the wrong item is placed in your box, we will send you your replacement item(s) or correct item(s) upon receipt of broken or wrongly received item(s) and no restocking fee will be charged. Purchaser must first notify Attract Essentials of any problem with the order prior to returning it. No returns will be accepted or credited without prior authorization (RMA). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you receive a product that you would like to return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Attract Essentials by email at Sherrin@AttractEssentials.com within 30 days of your purchase in order to explain why you are not fully satisfied.
- Make sure to write in the Subject line of your email: “RMA Return Request for Order #: (your 4-digit order number)”.
- Please be as detailed as possible in the body of your email so we may resolve your issues as quickly as possible:
- Details of your request for a refund or replacement
- Reason for your request
- How Attract Essentials might improve your experience in the future
- Indicate the Quantity, Product Name, Size and price paid for items for which you are seeking refund or replacement (i.e.: (2) Room Opener, 2oz, Total $18).
- Details of your request for a refund or replacement
- When you receive authorization to return (RMA #), package your return carefully and ship to: Attract Essentials, 140 East 46th St, Suite 6B, New York, NY 10017. Please be sure to write your RMA # on the outside of the box containing the returned item(s). Please return the product with the unused portion unless the bottle or package is severely damaged and leaking liquid. Please contact us in the event of extraordinary shipping issues.
- For Refunds
- Place your return item(s) back in the box and seal it carefully.
- Please send your return via USPS or UPS, pre-paid. COD’s will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund.
- For Replacements
- Attract Essentials will send replacements upon our receiving of the damaged or wrong item(s) at no cost to you.
- Place your replacement item(s) back in the box and seal it carefully.
- Attract Essentials will generate and email a UPS shipping label for you to print and apply to the box containing your returned item(s). (Please be sure to obscure or remove original shipping labels).
- You can schedule a pickup online at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_US or drop your return package at your local UPS store.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for your replacement Attract Essentials products.
